DELIVERY

  1. SOFTY HOME only delivers within the South African border.
  2. The Consumer may purchase the item/s online and pick the item/s up at our store. in order to do so please notify us via email or phone call.
  3. Shipping is Free on All website orders only and we try to use the best carriers possible in the business to ensure each item arrives on time and in good condition.
  4. SOFTY HOME will ensure all deliveries to be delivered within 3-10 working days of the order being placed. However delivery times may vary depending on external factors beyond SOFTY HOME’s control. During promotions and promotional events/ special sales events , delivery times and schedules of goods may be varied due to the influx of customer orders.
  5. In the above cases delivery can take up to 10-15 working days to be delivered from date of confirmation of order being placed but may be delivered before such time.
  6. Delivery times may vary according to the delivery address provided.
  7. No deliveries will be made to P.O Boxes or LOT no’s or areas which are not accessible to delivery companies.
  8. The Onus Remains with the consumer to ensure that an accessible physical address is provided.
  9. Orders will be shippers directly to your doorstep
  10. The Onus remains with the consumer to inspect the good upon delivery, and NOTIFY SOFTY HOME within 48 HOURS of any defects, damages or incorrectly supplied goods.
  11. According to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
  12. Any request to change an order that has already been placed must be done via email and this will result in a 24-48 hour delay. IF the item has already been dispatched for delivery and a request to change an order will result in an additional cost due to cancellation of deliveries to customers and returning the goods.
